PolyPipe are a leading Australian manufacturer of polyethylene pipes (PE) and related products that comply with all relevant Australian statutory and regulatory requirements.  Our customers are found in the mining, irrigation, water, civil, gas, electrical and telecommunication industries.

PolyPipe was established on the knowledge, experience, and reputation of its associated companies, some of which include Pipemakers and Metroll.

Due to production demands and company growth, including a brand new factory under construction, we are ready to make major production improvements and need your help!

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to an already successful business.  Over the past few year, demand for our products has increased which has rendered our current production processes inadequate.

The opportunities for improvements are endless and our team are enthusiastic for change so you will be encouraged and supported for success. You will be challenged to review existing processes, look for the easy wins, set plans in collaboration with the manufacturing team and see the improvements implemented.

We see there being many stages of improvement through the different sectors of our production process.  There will be continuous improvements to challenge you and growing range of new innovative machines to test your skills.

The Person

Passionate about making a difference, you also enjoy being challenged and welcome the opportunity to be innovative, along with:

  • strong people skills
  • investigative mind
  • keen to learn
  • strong attention to detail
  • happy to get hands on with machines

You have the drive, and resilience to get things done, the flexibility to work well as part of a team and the credibility to influence others.

The Rewards

  • Work with an enthusiastic team who will encourage you and help you succeed.
  • Be part of the PolyPipe future as we build and expand on our current business
  • We will negotiate a competitive salary with annual performance based increments
  • Study fees paid on successful completion of units along with paid Study Leave entitlements
