There were 4 rounds 1) A phone call screening round with the HR manager. 2) A behavioural interview to assess cultural fit with the team. 3) A case study interview to assess logical thinking, solutioning and articulation. 4) The last round is a final interview with the leadership team to assess final culture and skill fit.

The questions were pretty standard for a consulting firm. The who, what and why of your story and the lock, stock, barrel of a case study. But the recruiter/HR manager will guide you to focus on the themes of questioning before each interview.

Be authentic. Articulate who you are and why you do what you do or have done well. Prepare well for the case study - watch youtube videos, read up on case studies etc.

Be yourself - don't tell the story you think we want to hear but tell us about the real you Practice with different case studies Do research about the company and use the case studies on PS website as a point of reference to become familiar with the type of work we do
