The Rural Banking Graduate Stream offers you the opportunity to work in these branches, gaining valuable skills and knowledge that will help add value to their clients, build meaningful relationships and help support the farmers to grow more with less. No two days are ever the same, you will be guided by experts in the field on how to maintain and grow client portfolios, conduct credit reviews, undertake financial analysis, and bring your innovative ideas on ways to add value to the clients.
