Your role

As a Rural Officer, you will manage and grow a portfolio of rural clients, both independently and in support of Rural Managers. There is sufficient scope in this role to challenge an experienced banker as well as develop an emerging banker – as such graduates or recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Complete annual credit reviews
  • Undertake financial analysis
  • Monitor and grow a portfolio of Rural Branch accounts
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement
