At Reckitt, our fight is to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness and nourishment a right, not a privilege.

We put people's lives and needs at the heart of the business and continually seek out new opportunities to make better products that empower everyone to take their health into their own hands and homes. We believe passionately in acting with responsibility and integrity. Doing what's right for the world is what's right for our business.

Our purpose is to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world.

About Reckitt

We are the world's leading consumer health and hygiene company with operations in over 60 countries and sales in almost 200 countries. However, we're more than just a company. We're a growing community of 42,000+ diverse and talented entrepreneurs, committed to redefining the world of consumer health and hygiene.

We are achievers, with a desire to build shared success by winning at 'points of choice' with better products, better design, better consumer experiences and better value. This desire coupled with our entrepreneurial environment where curiosity is encouraged, ideas are embraced and ownership is given has allowed us to move with ambition and pace to achieve the success we've had to date with all our brands including Finish, Vanish, Mortein, Pine O Cleen and Airwick.

I feel that I have significantly more responsibility and independence than I would as a graduate in a similar role in the industry.

  • The working culture and the close-knit teams that do not operate on a hierarchy.

  • People - great culture that is fun and young

  • Love the fast-paced nature of the work, strong ownership, lots of opportunity, constantly learning, varied work, fun culture and team.

Cons

    • Steep learning curve initially.

    • The hours - the nature of the business means that you are working relatively long hours, but the office is a fun place to be so time doesn't drag.
