The Opportunity:

This is an opportunity for a individual to kick start their Nursing career in Aged Care at RSL Lifecare. As a Registered Nurse - New Graduate, you will be working within our home care services or residential aged care homes.

This is a 12 month Registered Nurse Graduate Program which is designed to assist you with your transition into the clinical workforce. RSL Lifecare will provide you an environment that will help you gain confidence, professionalism, expertise and excellence clinical skills that will see you succeed as a excellent Registered Nurse.

You will attend monthly education sessions and be mentored by our Registered Nurses and Professional Development Team. You will receive paid study days to assist with your professional development. You will also receive access to our well regarded education programs, workshops and seminars.

About You:

The ideal candidate would be individual with a genuine caring and compassionate nature who enjoy caring for the elderly with commitment to deliver high quality clinical care.

To be eligible for the 2022 Registered Nurse Graduate Program at RSL Lifecare, you will have completed your Nursing Qualifications in 2021.

Selection Criteria:

• Resume including Clinical Placements Undertaken
• Ward and speciality environment of clinical placement
• Clinical placement hours and length of placement
• Three Clinical referees from acute placements (from year 2 and 3 clinical placements)
• Certified copies of your academic transcript (including legend)
• Two recent acute clinical placement reports (including your final year) - merged into one document
