Our Story 🚀

Since launching in 2019, Safewill has become one of the fastest growing technology companies in Australia. Each year we help tens of thousands of Australians to think about their end of life plans, and are empowering people to navigate some of the most difficult - and meaningful - moments of their life.

Having completed our Series A capital raise led by Westpac’s Reinventure Fund, Carthona Capital and Flying Fox Ventures, we’re building a digital ecosystem that makes end of life planning more affordable, more personalised, and more relevant for modern Australians.

Your Story with Us 🤩

We're seeking an Account Coordinator to come onboard and play a crucial role in amplifying our partner engagement and operational efficiency. Your support in managing customer journeys and creating impactful marketing materials will enhance our brand's presence and partner relationships. By handling key administrative and communication tasks with precision, you will enable our account managers to focus on strategic initiatives, driving our mission of building strong, lasting partnerships and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Your Impact 🙌

  • Develop Marketing Collaterals: Craft engaging marketing materials tailored for our charity partners. This involves creating diverse content such as DL flyers, comprehensive information packs, eye-catching email banners, and impactful LinkedIn announcements to elevate our brand presence.
  • Support Presentation Development: Assist in the creation of both graphic and written presentation packs, ensuring they are not only informative but also visually appealing and aligned with our brand's voice.
  • Ensure Communication Excellence: Undertake meticulous proofreading of campaign communications to uphold our commitment to clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in all partner interactions.
  • Administrative and IT Support: Facilitate smooth operations by handling essential tasks like generating IT requests, accurate data entry, and other administrative functions that support the efficiency of our team.
  • Office Management Assistance: Provide comprehensive office support, including writing minutes, compiling and analysing data, and undertaking ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to ensure the seamless functioning of our team.

Your Skills 💡

  • Strong Communication: Proficiency in both oral and written communication, with an emphasis on clear and empathetic interactions that foster understanding and collaboration.
  • Process Optimisation: A keen eye for identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Adaptive Multitasking: The capacity to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly, adapting to changing priorities with resilience.
  • Organisational Acumen: Solid organisational and time-management abilities, enabling the management of tasks and responsibilities in an orderly and timely manner.
  • Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach to work, coupled with the ability to maintain high-quality standards even under pressure.
  • Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude towards learning and mastering technical skills, including but not limited to applications like Microsoft Office, CRAFT, and JIRA.
  • Creative Thinking: An inventive and open-minded approach, bringing creativity to problem-solving and project execution.
  • Administrative Proficiency: Strong capabilities in administrative tasks, demonstrating thoroughness and efficiency in supporting team operations.
