About the Job

6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Reporting to the General Manager – Sales and Business Development, we seek an engaging Project Coordinator/Customer Support to assist the growth and sales strategy with the purpose of increasing sales and customer volume.

This role will primarily see you assist in complex project management tasks, including preparing MDR's and ITP's. You will be servicing some of our major key account customers, therefore, developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders including suppliers is crucial. The role will be responsible for preparing customer quotations, conducting inspection audits using correct measuring equipment with the customer base, read and understanding technical drawings with the purpose of identifying discrepancies, contributing to quality assurance and control measures on all installations to ensure customer requirements are met as well as manage and maintain inventory levels. In addition, you will assist the General Manager of Sales on a day to day basis with designated tasks as required.

About You

  • Knowledge of the Mining industry within Australia and the Pacific region is highly desirable, along with proven experience in preparation and review of project documentation including Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Manufacturing Data Reports (MDR), Work Packs, Traceability Registers and other associated quality assurance and control documentation Including Customer Support. The ability to read technical drawings and your ability to actively promote the Saint-Gobain product range and work cohesively in a team environment to ensure a superior customer experience will be pivotal in securing this role.
  • With your level of autonomy, you will possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills together with your strong negotiation and organisation skills and ability to use initiative will be highly regarded. In addition, excellent presentation skills, the ability to establish priorities and meet set deadlines and targets whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service is fundamental.
  • This role requires you to possess a current Australian Driver's License.
