About Salesforce

Salesforce, the Customer Success Platform and the world's #1 CRM empowers companies to connect with their customers in a whole new way. The company was founded on three disruptive ideas: a new technology model in cloud computing, a pay-as-you-go business model, and a new integrated corporate philanthropy model.

Your role

The Partner Advisor will work with hundreds of consulting partners throughout the year. This role will be the first point of contact for Growth partners across the Asia Pacific region. The Partner Advisor will craft and execute targeted phone and email campaigns to drive KPIs, as well as engage in strategic discussions around the partners' business plans. The key to this role will be quickly understanding a partner's business and recommending best practices that will help them succeed.

This is an externally facing role, with 50% of the time spent engaging with partners and the other 50% spent supporting and learning from Senior Partner Advisors. This is also a high-volume, fast-paced role requiring dozens of partner engagements every week. The Partner Advisor must collaborate with multiple teams to drive partner and customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Help partners navigate Salesforce and leverage as many self-service resources as possible
  • Help partners adopt best practices
  • Validate partner business plans and define concrete actions to grow their Salesforce practice
  • Perform quarterly health checks with partners, measuring progress against previous goals and defining new goals
  • Achieve quarterly KPIs as outlined by the business
  • Collaborate with and support Senior Partner Advisors to drive strategic partnership opportunities
