Your role

As an Online Partnerships Graduate, you will provide operational and administrative support to the Direct-to-Customer (DTC) Online Partnerships Team on key partnership accounts and initiatives. This position will be working with both internal and external key stakeholders, and also have accountability on sales reporting and tracking.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Handle partnership enquiries and support partners on issues relating to registrations, purchase journey and site navigation
  • Manage the invoice reconciliation for partner accounts, and facilitate vendor payment approvals with Finance team
  • Complete regular and ad-hoc reporting updates to Online Team and key partners
  • Coordinate with VOC team on customer escalations to ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Support partner event activations to drive engagement and build brand awareness
  • Contribute to sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities for growth, through networking and cold calls/emails
  • Support promotion planning and content requirements for media placements with partners
  • Assist with any other administrative and operational tasks as required

About you

Requirements: 

  • Recent graduate from an Australian tertiary institution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
  • Have a basic understanding of E-commerce and/or is interested in the E-commerce market
  • Experience with analyzing and presenting sales data using Excel is highly favorable
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (also in Google and Adobe Analytics will be a bonus)
  • Experience using collaboration tools such as JIRA, Teams, Asana, and Monday.com is beneficial but not essential
  • Comfortable in dealing with a high volume of administrative tasks
  • Confident in working with numbers and data  
  • Responsible, organized with high attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Team player; willingness to support off-hours work as required
