Your role

As a Procurement Graduate, you will start with procurement project management to support the team then progress to manage the tender, cost-saving analytics and process improvement based on the internal policy.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Procurement Lead with Procurement project management (Procurement project progress report update)
  • Procurement graduate will be supporting the Samsung Procurement system(Bidding and Quotation Management System_BQMS) to liaise with vendor and internal employees
  • Understanding internal policy to guide vendors and Internal employees
  • Other internal system support(Vendor Registration Management System_VERS and Electronic Contract Management System_ECMS etc)
  • Report preparation as per the management’s requirements under Procurement lead guidance

About you

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate from an Australian tertiary institution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with Project Management (from work or university study) is highly favourable
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Enthusiasm for the Procurement field and is eager to learn
  • Able to manage effective relationships with the Vendor and internal stakeholders
  • Well-developed time management, organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Result-driven; can work with tight deadlines and deliver the best outcome for the project
  • Can-do attitude with a positive mindset
  • Comfortable in handling administrative/operational tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
