Your role

As a Talent Acquisition Graduate, you will provide high-quality support to the Talent Acquisition team to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions across the business and focus on creating a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. You will work within the Samsung Electronics Australia People & Culture Talent Acquisition team who operates via an outsourcing model with People2People (P2P).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated support to the Talent Acquisition Team with end-to-end recruitment processes (Including scheduling interviews, Resume screening, reference checks, background checks & offer stage management etc.)
  • Assist in managing the relationship between hiring Managers and the People & Culture team by providing timely support
  • Be the subject matter expert in HRIS- Workday and responsible for end to end-process driven Talent Acquisition system compliance
  • Assist with recruitment reporting and data analysis projects
  • Involved in employer branding activity & initiatives and create a 2023 timeline project tracker
  • Responsible for drafting the Talent Acquisition newsletter and employee referral program documents
  • Provide assistance with business support for the recruitment function within the People and Culture team as required

About you

Requirements 

  • Recent graduate from an Australian tertiary institution
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Any previous work experience within HR or Sales is preferred
  • Familiar and passionate in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service by answering enquiries in person, by telephone and by email
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to write, speak and interact clearly, consistently and professionally
  • Ability to deliver results in a high pressure, fast pased business environment
  • Resilience and can-do attitude is essential 
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines within a short timeframe with great time management skillset
