Your role

As the Graduate Digital Marketing Specialist, your role will be to work with the Business Operations & Support team to enable Omnichannel strategy through optimised campaign execution. You will learn all aspects of executing HO campaigns, and how to plan pureplay & hybrid campaigns to execute the journeys via Sales Force Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure overall data quality assurance and integrity of Customer healthcare professional data.
  • Work with Omni-channel managers and Brand Marketing teams to define campaigns calendar, individual campaigns objectives  
  • Set up and execute omnichannel journeys/campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud  
  • Coordinate readiness of critical elements for campaign setup with respective stakeholders (content, metadata etc)  
  • Update HTML code received from creative agencies to work within the SFMC environment 
  • Define business data processing rules  
  • Master of HCP data and various data sources (Veeva, Akamai, 3rd party etc) 
  • Provide target selection criteria for campaign execution  
  • Provide extraction of target lists (from Veeva or external sources), when data is not available in SFMC  
  • Work closely with the Omnichannel Analyst to drive consistent metrics and data definitions in campaigns reports

About you

Sanofi is seeking Graduates who possess the following qualities:

  • Have an interest in health and Science and completed an undergraduate degree in the areas of Software Development or Data Analytics with a major in Marketing, from a recognised tertiary institution.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge and skills across CSS, HTML, SQL, and JavaScript Scripting languages.
  • Have a good understanding of Agile/Lean project delivery principles.
  • Understand how data structures and data models are designed.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
  • Enjoy a fast pace and have the ability to prioritise your workload & juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Are curious with the ability to ask questions.
  • Are eager to develop themselves and will take ownership of their role.
  • Having demonstrable skills in Data Modelling/understanding ER relationships is not essential but would be an advantage.  
  • Graduates that have previous experience with administering marketing technology platforms including SFMC, Akamai/Janrain Magnolia and Zoom Webinar will be highly regarded.
