At Saputo, our best comes from our people. We’re a talented and caring team with a longstanding history of excellence. Since our first days delivering cheese on a bicycle, we’ve grown into a leading global dairy processor by staying true to the culture that defines us. Each of our employees is committed to uphold our tradition of care, quality, and passion through food, and together, we foster an environment where we can all make contributions that matter–from our manufacturing plants to our office locations and everywhere in-between.

How you will make contributions that matter

Join AG Warehouse in a fulltime permanent opportunity as Graduate Technical Sales Agronomist based at our site in Rochester. You will be supported by our experienced Agronomist to learn and develop the skills to provide agronomic advice and solutions to local farmers in northern Victoria. Your new role will see you join a team of 10 on site and over 3,000 colleagues across Australia growing our client base across agricultural chemicals, seeds and fertiliser.

Key elements of your role will include:

  • Developing key relationships and gaining and understanding of client’s land and requirements
  • Developing your ability to provide product recommendations and identifying opportunities to introduce new products to clients
  • Providing support to your colleagues in-store

Alongside our Senior Agronomist, you will be spending around 70% of your time out with clients, so will become the face of our business as we develop into new market segments.

We’ll support you with
