At Saputo, our best comes from our people. We’re a talented and caring team with a longstanding history of excellence. Since our first days delivering cheese on a bicycle, we’ve grown into a leading global dairy processor by staying true to the culture that defines us. Each of our employees is committed to uphold our tradition of care, quality, and passion through food, and together, we foster an environment where we can all make contributions that matter–from our manufacturing plants to our office locations and everywhere in-between.

We’re currently looking for an experienced SAP Analyst to support our Manufacturing and Supply Chain business units.

How you will make contributions that matter:

You’ll be working in a dedicated team and will be the font of all knowledge regarding SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Inventory Management.  This will include:

  • Incident Management and Support, ensuring requests are prioritised according to business criticality
  • Ensuring any changes are made in line with the business
  • Root cause analysis and ensuring any arising concerns are escalated appropriately
  • Working collaboratively with third party vendors
  • Developing a strong understanding of the business requirements and method of using SAP to identify any opportunities for continuous improvement.

You’ll be the subject matter expert for EWM and will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to overcome challenges and support the smooth operations of two of our core business units.  There will also potentially be the opportunity to partner with colleagues internationally on project-based work.

Due to the nature of our business you may be required to respond to occasional out of hours requests.

About you:

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience with SAP EWM configuration and support
  • A customer-centric approach
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with SAP MM, PP, PP-PI, QM and PM modules would be an advantage as would RF and VMU support experience

You’re a proactive analyst who loves to understand the business implications of what you do and who is comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-IT end users.

If you’re looking for an opportunity to expand your skills and join a supportive team in a global organisation, we look forward to hearing from you.

We’ll support you with:

  • The opportunity to make contributions that matter, whilst being supported by a multinational, values led company.
  • Learning and development opportunities with the ability to grow in your own way.
  • Flexible working options where operationally achievable.
