At Saputo, our best comes from our people. We’re a talented and caring team with a longstanding history of excellence. Since our first days delivering cheese on a bicycle, we’ve grown into a leading global dairy processor by staying true to the culture that defines us. Each of our employees is committed to uphold our tradition of care, quality, and passion through food, and together, we foster an environment where we can all make contributions that matter–from our manufacturing plants to our office locations and everywhere in-between.

Our Dairy Solids Broking team is responsible for handling the trading of milk solids.  We’re currently looking for an experienced administrator to provide support to the team on a 6-month fixed term contract.

How you will make contributions that matter:

In this role you’ll liaise with stakeholders internally and support with data reconciliation and reporting to ensure our invoices are accurate.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring pricing records are kept up to date in SAP
  • Creating Sales Orders, Purchase Orders and invoices in SAP
  • Liaising with suppliers and third party logistics providers (3PLs)
  • General administrative support and reporting as required

About you:

  • Previous experience in either a similar administrative role, or accounts payable or receivable
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prioritising skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Intermediate Excel skills

Experience using SAP would be an advantage, as would any exposure to the dairy industry.  If you’ve always wanted to learn more about the dairy industry and work in a supportive, fast-paced team environment, we look forward to hearing from you.

We’ll support you with:

  • The opportunity to make contributions that matter, whilst being supported by a multinational, values led company.
  • Learning and development opportunities with the ability to grow in your own way.
  • Flexible working options where operationally achievable
  • Access to our Employee Share Ownership program.
