Your role

As an HR MIS Assistant, you will support the Talent Management Team in doing reports to help the team with the Skill Gap Analysis.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in any field of study
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel functions and formulas:

• Data Validation (List)
• Vlookup
• Sum/SumIf
• Average
• Count/CountIf
• IF
• Trim
• Concatenate
• Left/Right
• Date
• Ability to work under pressure and maximize results given minimal resources
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Employment Duration is for 6 months
