Your role

Senex is looking for a motivated Intern to join the Asset Engineering Team in the Brisbane CBD Head Office. The paid internship program will run from December 2024 to February 2025.

Your Team

The Asset Engineering Team at Senex provides technical support to the field including maintenance of assets, asset integrity, brownfield projects, operations technology and water management. The Team are responsible for ensuring the Field Operations Team have everything they need to operate infrastructure safely and reliably to meet production and budget targets, whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

During the 12-week program you will lead a major project prescribed by your manager, whilst supporting your team to deliver current project and operational requirements.

At the conclusion of the program, you will present your project and how it contributed to Senex’s strategy and values to fellow interns, leaders and the Senex Executive Committee.

As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to visit their sites in the Surat Basin, work with industry experts and gain valuable experience in your technical field.
