About the Program:

The Servian Graduate Program is a journey that builds depth rather than breadth, through a combination of structured learning and industry placements. The Servian Graduate Program has an emphasis on consulting readiness through 4 months of face-to-face and online training, Partner sanctioned projects, hackathons, and client simulations. This provides a framework for learning which ensures that Servian Graduates can hit the ground running on their first client consulting engagement.

Our two streams, Data & Analytics and Digital & DevOps provide our graduates with the opportunity to choose their own adventure and select a technology area that aligns with their interests.

Data & Analytics - Design and implement robust data solutions that ensure the security, accuracy, and reliability of data. Transform and operationalize analytics to enable the use of data to proactively respond to customers' needs rather than interpreting past behavior.

Digital & DevOps - Contribute towards end-to-end data-driven digital products & services, building rich experiences that drive the end-user experience through the smart use of data integration. Automate processes and learn how to establish an organization-wide culture that will enable the ability to build, test, and deploy software more rapidly, more often, and more reliably.

Servian graduates will be trained by Servian consultants, who will act as Technical Mentors and Engagement Leads. Graduates will also be involved in a comprehensive social calendar to encourage networking and fun.
