Role

  • IT Service and Help Desk support
  • Deploy new systems and contribute to IT projects as required
  • Audit our systems and identify gaps, recommend and implement solutions.
  • Provide day to day IT support & solutions for a team of 50 people
  • Set up and manage IT hardware, software and user accounts for new starters, including remote setup for team members based outside of Sydney
  • Set up and maintain a telephony system. 
  • Manage IT assets, including asset registers, storage and repairs
  • Procure and manage office IT equipment, such as teleconference equipment, PCs and screens
  • Support ongoing technical training programs for St Trinity staff
  • Ensure appropriate documentation is created and maintained regarding services and systems

Requirements

  • Completion or near completion of Diploma/Degree in Computer/IT Discipline
  • IT support experience
  • ICT and Networking
  • Telephony system experience 
  • Strong technical knowledge in Microsoft Windows 10 OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace
  • Working knowledge in Office 365 Tools such as Sharepoint Online, MS Teams, Planner, OneDrive for Business
  • Strong diagnostic skills and an analytical approach
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Desirable:

  • Working knowledge in SQL 
  • Knowledge in data visualization with Analytics tools such as Power BI
  • Knowledge/Exposure in CRMs
