- Experience working within a community centre environment and group facilitation
- Tertiary qualification in Community, Social Sciences or other relevant discipline
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, plan and take initiative
- Established, internal and external stakeholder management along with negotiation and problem solving skills
- Well developed attention to detail, written and interpersonal communication
- Proven organisational, time, priority and conflict management skills
- An open and creative mindset to the position
- Desirable is Data Exchange (DEX) experience
