Creator Management Associate

Job Description

• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners by providing support, information & guidance
• Responsible for educating potential affiliate partners on the affiliate program and benefits
• Responsible for educating affiliate partners on platform updates and affiliate performance
• Responsible for monitoring monthly performance and achievement and drive performance-based insights/solution for the affiliates
• Responsible for growing the affiliates capability by doing in-depth market research and analysis to drive initiatives for affiliate partners
• Responsible for assisting affiliate partners in doing promotions, providing suitable campaigns, and creating effective content.
• Understand the needs of the affiliate partners
• Gain insights from affiliates feedbacks, social media trend and analytics for further affiliate initiatives improvement

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in KOL management, partnership, or relationship management
• Detail-oriented team player with good planning and problem-solving skills who is willing to go the extra mile.
• Persuasive, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels and across all functions. 
• Must be clear, concise, and convincing.
• Sense of urgency for incident resolutions
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
• Proven experience in navigating the complexities of internal and external partnerships.
• Ability to gain a deep understanding of partner goals and objectives to structure a mutually beneficial solution
