Act as a trusted learning consultant to business teams and functions to ensure continuous employee growth and development
Conduct learning needs analysis initiatives in order to design and improve learning curriculum & pathways continuously based on business needs in each team and functions
Design, develop, organize, and facilitate training programs for employees.
Develop learning curriculum and manage program delivery logistics (training calendars, facilitators, and invitation)
Measures and evaluate the impact of available learning programs and propose improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from all departments (preferably from Psychology, Business/Economics, Human Resource Management or Engineering), maximum 26 years old
Have a minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Having experience in the Financial industry would be preferable
Proficient in English, both oral and written is a must
Passionate on people development & learning initiatives, including leadership development programs
Ability to assimilate technically complex information and express it clearly
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training impact
Have good presentation development and facilitation skills capability
Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
Having experience with video editing software would be an advantage.
