As a UX Research Intern at underdog you will:
- Help us perform initial market research for our startup clients
- Help us validate our clients ideas through user interviews and focus groups
- Help us perform concept testing to validate our approach
- Help us perform usability studies to ensure our designs are solving problems, not creating them.
How you help depends on your level of expertise and what you feel comfortable doing. This could be as simple as helping us take notes during research session, or as complex as helping us devise the perfect testing plan/strategy and/or synthesising results.
To help you succeed in this role, you will need to:
- Understand qualitative and quantitate research methods
- Live and breathe design and research
- Be able to take initiative
- Be comfortable working remotely
- Be able to work 16 hours a week
Not required, but desired:
- A passion for helping people chase their dreams and making the impossible a reality.
