Responsibilities

  • Explores eCommerce business issues and opportunities;
  • Uncovers eCommerce insights and/or identifies targeted areas for business growth;
  • Monitors eCommerce key metrics and alerts the business on potential issues;
  • Works with management and operational teams to deep dive into core eCommerce issues and uses data to find answers;
  • Collaborates with various teams to expand data for building richer insights;
  • Analyzes operational efficiency and build business models to guide decision-making;
  • Designs market or business intelligence reports and performance measurement dashboards to share with senior management;
  • Weekly or monthly performance analysis to monitor the performance of the business, locate risk, and to discover potential business opportunities;
  • Performs business analysis to drill down on certain business challenges, providing conclusions and recommendations based on data analysis;
  • Helps summarize data analysis requirements to conduct data application projects such as building an eCommerce dashboard

Qualifications

  • Attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communication or equivalent course
  • Combined experience in eCommerce analytics, performance marketing, and category management is an advantage
  • Open to fresh graduates with good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Can effectively work in cross-functional teams
  • Has an understanding of the eCommerce industry
  • Passionate, driven, and aggressive with a good work ethic

Pros and cons of working at Unilab

Pros

  • I love the culture and people. I genuinely feel the "Alagang Unilab", because my colleagues are really caring and supportive. They've become my family, and we look after each other pretty well (always asking about how someone's doing and taking the time to help when in need) Another great thing about the company is the workplace environment; it's definitely a bonus to be working in a LEED-certified workplace (so clean and full of nature!)

  • Good working environment and good benefits.

  • Unilab gives a great training ground even among young individuals like me to showcase my talent and hone my skills.

Cons

    • I am office-based, and I think introducing more flexibility in our schedules/work hours could enhance the overall employee experience.

    • Not really the worst thing but something that can be improved on. Company can fast track digitization/ automation of some processes and invest on better ergonomic chairs to reduce risk of injuries and strain.

    • Not a competitive salary compared to other big companies.
