The Digital Literacy Foundation is committed to helping bridge the digital divide that keeps vulnerable and disadvantaged members of our community from full social, economic, and political participation in society.
We work to ensure that people who struggle with digital literacy and reduced access to online information, services, medical care, and communication channels with community, family, individuals, and government are supported to build the skills and confidence they need to enjoy the social and economic benefits technology offers.
Our Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme (ACVVS) Care Recipients benefit from opportunities for increased social connectedness, improved mental and physical health, and increased participation in valued activities, all with the goal of reducing their loneliness and social isolation.
