Pros & Cons

The flexibility - for example, working from home, being able to make up time when life gets in the way.
GT has a great working environment where people are helpful and kind.
A Graduate training programme with a 2-month training period before starting chargeable work.
Every week gets Friday half-day (Recharge) - currently on trial (as long as you hit your targets for the week).
Everyone is supportive and the culture is what attracted me to the firm.

No parking is available for staff except when partners make their car parks available.
High expectations even for grads to hit your targets and meet your budget.
Due to the nature of the job, it will be busier than usual during the busy season (mid-year).
Having to complete weekly timesheets.
The waterfall of work that flows from management, sometimes I am not given as much responsibility as I would like.
