The Oliver Wyman Women's Scholarship

At Oliver Wyman, we are committed to empowering high-achieving women to excel in their careers within management consulting. The Oliver Wyman Women's Scholarship aims to support ambitious and driven women-identifying entry-level individuals in Australia, helping them realise their full potential in their professional journeys, personal growth, and contributions to their communities.

You will be given the opportunity to opt-in to be considered for the scholarship in the job application.

Scholarship recipients will be provided with: 

  • $15,000 AUD

WOW (Women at Oliver Wyman)

WOW is an employee resource group with a focus on promoting, supporting and empowering gender diversity at Oliver Wyman. Through a combination of sharing resources, building a community and raising awareness, WOW aims to attract, retail and promote women colleagues by creating an environment in which women can thrive. Some of the initiatives include:

  • Networking (for women and men consultants)
  • Training
  • Supporting firm initiatives i.e. Boost program
  • Promoting work-life quality initiatives
  • Sponsoring Men4Change initiatives - a program of training and events to foster men allies
