Recruitment Process

Application - Provides CV and evidence of qualification (and experience if outlined in the role).

Phone interview - within 1 week of applications closing, 30mins long, with our founder.

In-Person interview/coffee - meet with lead mechanic for a coffee.

Assessment centre/trial - meet with our founder, then a 2hr RWC test/assessment.

Remuneration & Career Growth

Senior mechanic

  • 90K per year + performance commission = potential earring of 105K per year

Apprentice mechanic

  • 60K per year + performance commission = potential earring of 75K per year (apprentice mechanic)

Promotion opportunity (12-18months) 

  • Future growth option to be a partner/part-owner in the business
